{"id":5748,"date":"2020-05-12T15:42:25","date_gmt":"2020-05-12T13:42:25","guid":{"rendered":"\/?p=5748"},"modified":"2020-05-12T15:42:25","modified_gmt":"2020-05-12T13:42:25","slug":"fundacion-caja-rural-del-sur-respalda-a-interfresa-en-su-plan-de-responsabilidad-etica-laboral-y-social","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/fundacioncajaruraldelsur.com\/pt\/fundacion-caja-rural-del-sur-respalda-a-interfresa-en-su-plan-de-responsabilidad-etica-laboral-y-social\/","title":{"rendered":"Fundaci\u00f3n Caja Rural del Sur respalda a Interfresa en su Plan de Responsabilidad \u00c9tica, Laboral y Social"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Fundaci\u00f3n Caja Rural del Sur viene respaldando a la Asociaci\u00f3n Interprofesional de la Fresa Andaluza (Interfresa) en el desarrollo de sus diversas actividades y, en especial, en el Plan de Responsabilidad \u00c9tica, Laboral y Social (PRELSI), que fue aprobado en el a\u00f1o 2018, y que se ha demostrado como un instrumento eficaz y plenamente reconocido por las distintas Administraciones tanto en la campa\u00f1a del 2019 como en la del 2020.<\/p>\n<p>Incluido dentro del mencionado plan, Interfresa ha contado con los consultores de integraci\u00f3n que, tras la correspondiente formaci\u00f3n, atienden a los temporeros, recorriendo continuamente las distintas explotaciones, para que los temporeros pudieran informaci\u00f3n de todos los servicios sociales, asistenciales y sanitarios en los municipios pr\u00f3ximos a los campos freseros, horarios de transporte, alojamientos y conocimiento de las distintas culturas, costumbres e idiomas para una mejor integraci\u00f3n de todos los colectivos. Tambi\u00e9n de la legislaci\u00f3n espa\u00f1ola, principalmente laboral y penal.<\/p>\n<p>El director de la Fundaci\u00f3n Caja Rural del Sur, Emilio Ponce, y el gerente de la Interprofesional, Pedro Mar\u00edn, han suscrito un nuevo convenio de colaboraci\u00f3n para seguir trabajando de manera conjunta en todo el sector de los frutos rojos.<\/p>\n<p>Interfresa, constituida en el a\u00f1o 2006, es la primera organizaci\u00f3n Interprofesional Agraria de Andaluc\u00eda y est\u00e1 integrada por varias asociaciones representativas del sector fresero (ASAJA Huelva, Freshuelva y Cooperativas Agro-alimentarias de Andaluc\u00eda-Huelva). A trav\u00e9s de Interfresa, por tanto, el sector comparte los mismos problemas y las soluciones deben ser comunes, por lo que esta uni\u00f3n permite avanzar con la idea de alcanzar objetivos
