Caja Rural del Sur<\/strong>comercializ\u00f3 en el 2014 uno de los tres mejores fondos de inversi\u00f3n del mundo y calificado como el mejor entre los espa\u00f1oles del pasado a\u00f1o.\u00a0<strong>Rural Tecnol\u00f3gico Renta Variable<\/strong>\u00a0es el nombre de este fondo perteneciente a <strong>Gescooperativo<\/strong>, filial para la gesti\u00f3n de activos del Grupo Caja Rural. La firma de an\u00e1lisis Morningstar lo reconoci\u00f3 con su m\u00e1xima distinci\u00f3n, cinco estrellas. El producto cerr\u00f3 el a\u00f1o con una\u00a0<strong>revalorizaci\u00f3n del 34,07%<\/strong>.<br \/>\nLos gestores de este fondo de Gescooperativo,<strong>\u00a0Beatriz Guti\u00e9rrez y Carlos Camacho<\/strong>, se\u00f1alaron que el estilo de gesti\u00f3n del mismo se basa en al selecci\u00f3n de compa\u00f1\u00edas como el \u00e9xito del comportamiento cosechado en el 2014. Un enfoque consistente en centrarse en los fundamentales de las compa\u00f1\u00edas con un\u00a0<strong>horizonte de inversi\u00f3n a largo plazo<\/strong>\u00a0y donde se trata de invertir en empresas con valorizaciones razonables y buenas perspectivas de beneficios.<br \/>\nRespecto a las posiciones que m\u00e1s han contribuido a la rentabilidad del fondo, apuntan a<strong>\u00a0Apple<\/strong>, la mayor posici\u00f3n del fondo, con un peso cercano al 10%. Adem\u00e1s del incremento de ventas, beneficio, la recuperaci\u00f3n del\u00a0<strong>mercado de ventas de PC<\/strong>, y alcanza su m\u00e1ximo hist\u00f3rico de cuota, destaca como catalizador claro \u201cla optimizaci\u00f3n de caja (mejora remuneraci\u00f3n al accionista v\u00eda incremento del dividendo y recompra de acciones)\u201d. Siguen siendo positivos en el valor, una opini\u00f3n sustentada en que \u201cconsideramos que la valoraci\u00f3n sigue siendo atractiva con un\u00a0<strong>PER estimado para el 2015<\/strong>\u00a0de menos de 11 veces seg\u00fan nuestros c\u00e1lculos\u201d.<br \/>\nOtras posici\u00f3n con un alto peso en cartera,\u00a0<strong>Gilead Sciences<\/strong>, se ha visto beneficiada por un fuerte crecimiento impulsado por las ventas de su f\u00e1rmaco para la<strong>\u00a0hepatitis C<\/strong>, y subrayan la fuerte generaci\u00f3n de caja operativa y el incremento de la recompra de acciones.
