Se abordaron aspectos clave como la prevenci\u00f3n de riesgos<br \/>\nlegales y la responsabilidad de los \u00d3rganos de Administraci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>La jornada cont\u00f3 con la colaboraci\u00f3n de la Fundaci\u00f3n de Caja Rural del Sur, la participaci\u00f3n de 45 cooperativas y la presencia de miembros de Caja Rural del Sur de<br \/>\nlas provincias de Huelva, C\u00e1diz y Sevilla.<\/p>\n<p>El encuentro sirvi\u00f3 como escenario para la presentaci\u00f3n de un proyecto conjunto con Banco Cooperativo Espa\u00f1ol y KPMG Abogados, proyecto Simbiosis, cuyo objetivo es dotar a las sociedades de un Modelo de Prevenci\u00f3n de Delitos\/Sistema de Gesti\u00f3n de Cumplimiento Penal (SGCP) que incluye una herramienta tecnol\u00f3gica integrada y f\u00e1cil de gestionar, soluci\u00f3n innovadora que facilita a las cooperativas el cumplimiento de la normativa vigente y la gesti\u00f3n de riesgos legales\/penales.<\/p>\n<p>Este Modelo de Prevenci\u00f3n de Delitos o SGCP se puede utilizar en un proceso judicial como prueba y, si queda probado que la organizaci\u00f3n ha contado con un modelo id\u00f3neo y que lo aplica de forma efectiva, puede servir como atenuante o eximente de la responsabilidad penal de la persona jur\u00eddica, lo cual le da una herramienta al Consejo Rector y \u00d3rgano de Administraci\u00f3n para la potencial defensa.<\/p>\n<p>El \u00e9xito de esta jornada pone de manifiesto el compromiso del sector cooperativo con la legalidad, la transparencia y la buena gobernanza, promoviendo una cultura de cumplimiento que fortalece la confianza de sus socios, trabajadores y la sociedad en general.<\/p>\n<p><a
